Lines Getting a Little Shorter
April 9, 2008 at 5:38 pm | In Uncategorized | 1 CommentThe lines at Terminal C are about the shortest they’ve been since this morning. The bad news…it’s now raining at the airport. So, we’re watching people who’ve ben stuck all day dragging their bags through the rain as they try to catch shuttles to hotels where they will spend the night. On the upside maybe Starbucks will have the free coffee stands set-up again tommorow near the ticket counters….
What’s the outlook for tommorow? American assures us there will be more cancellations. Good way to check on your flight – go to our mobile website using your cellphone or blackberry: m.nbc5i.com The flight tracker program there is great.

Here is a prime example of:
1) How NOT to do something like this.
2) They can say what they want but it shows they have no concern for the passengers. All they are interested in is covering their butts w/ the FAA.
My flight was canceled on Sunday and I had to deal with a Supervisor that had the worst attitude. When my bags were sent to another airport and they weren’t delivered when I was told they would be her comment was “Maybe you should have carried your bags on.” Thanks for the helpful comment. Looks like I’ll never fly AA again. AA should stand for Atrocious Airline.
