Southwest does not, and has not in the recent past, charge for "snacks". Your message initially suggested otherwise, and that is wrong. Alcoholic and energy drinks are an exception, but clealy not "snacks". You owe one of the metroplexes most loyal contributors to our economy a hugh apology. Are ratings more important than the truth? Oh, silly me...
